August 2025 5.00El alojamiento de Luca se encuentra en una de las zonas más bonitas de San Benedetto del Tronto. Cerca de la peatonal y a pocas cuadras del mar. Tiene muchas cafeterías y supermercados cerca. Es una zona muy transitada pero realmente en el departamento tuvimos una estancia muy tranquila y no se escuchaban ruidos. El departamento es muy espacioso y decorado con mucha dedicación. Tiene grandes ventanales por donde entraba un aire hermoso. La cocina y el living fueron nuestros lugares más usados. Pero el balcón es increíble. Contar con dos baños completos fue muy importante. El departamento estaba limpio y las toallas eran grandes y hermosas, todo muy organizado. También dejaron algunos productos para nuestro consumo 👍 Contar con el estacionamiento privado hubiese sido muy cómodo pero el edificio estaba en obra y no fue posible. Igualmente pudimos estacionar de forma libre en las cercanías . Roberto muy amable. Se comunicó siempre! Un súper anfitrión 👏

August 2025 5.00Luca è un bravo host, l'appartamento è pulito e con tutti i confort, si trova in una zona strategica a due passi dal mare e dalla passeggiata di san benedetto, nelle vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati, quando arrivi parcheggi l'auto e la riprendi per tornare a casa. June 2025 5.00Absolutely incredible! Easy walk to the sea, easy walk to the train station, easy walk to the town square with plenty of lively activities. I absolutely adore San Benedetto and this host, and Mama Paoula, were gracious hosts! I would 100% stay here again and recommend highly!!
