Unfortunately, our reason for stay was not due to a vacation but a water issue in our home. Luca was very responsive and accommodating with our request to check in early so my husband can shower before his shift at the hospital. We also had to extend at the last minute since our water issue had not been fixed and Luca was more than willing to help.

The beds upstairs were very comfortable.

Reasonable for 4 people Positive: It was fine, comfortable enough to be there mostly at the end of each day. It has a living/dining area that works very well. It has supermarkets nearby that meet the needs. The shower works well. The kitchen and appliances are very good. Negative: First, it doesn't have two bathrooms, only one and a half. Second, it's not 20 minutes from NYC, it's an hour, at least by public transport. Third, it wasn't as clean as it should have been and I had expected. Fourth, they don't provide the best way to get to Manhattan; they tell you to look at Google Maps, which is not a good option. They should really say that Grove Station is a 5-minute taxi ride away and from there you have two PATH lines, one to the World Trade Center and the other to 33rd Street. We only realized this on the second day. They could have given better advice and saved us from a torturous arrival from the airport. Fifth, it's not really breakfast included, it's coffee, tea, and a pancake option.

Luca’s place is a wonderful home, with almost everything needed to cook a full course meal(maybe add one more skillet).The home is perfect for visiting NYC. It’s located really close to a light rail station at Liberty State Park where you can catch a train to Hoboken and switch over to the PATH to NYC. It was amazing. We loved the proximity to restaurants and the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The Brunch place between the house and Liberty Park Station has amazing food “Eggs Up” Luca was responsive on a couple questions I had and even helped me pick a really good pizza place nearby. I want to personally thank Luca for educating me on the proper way to add a dog to my trip in the future. My family already wants to come back for another visit and loved Luca’s place so much. Luca keep up the good work. As for parking only time I moved my vehicle was sweeping day and I never had any problems finding a spot. I highly recommend a stay a Luca’s place.

Kaffeemaschine, Pancakes im Tiefkühler, Grundausstattung zum Kochen vorhanden (Öl, Gewürze). Alles in allem war alles wunderbar! Negative: Es gibt zwar 2 Badezimmer, aber nur eine Dusche, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Ein Schlafzimmer ist nur ein Einzelzimmer.

Location is decent, but host was not very communicative. We let the host know of safety concerns related to a broken pack and play and there was no response. We also did not have pillow covers and when we messaged the host, we didn’t hear back. Check in was also an hour late since the cleaning staff were still working when we arrived. We waited outside till they were done.

The place was spacious for our family of four and dog. We could walk to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the filtered water and hot chocolate! I’m sensitive to traffic noise so I would recommend earplugs, but the rest of the us slept well and founds the bed comfortable. We felt spoiled with the high ceilings, multiple bathrooms and laundry amenities! Parking was easy for our minivan.

Good accomodation for a stay near New York. We couldn‘t get you full stars because the Isolation byside the airconditioners in all rooms were really bad. Therefor the rooms to the street were more loud than nessesary. Going to the fast train(pass) takes round about 25min. All in all it was okay and we felt all four of us comfortable. The location of the house we found good , its near Liberty state park and within a 20 min walk of the PATH station at Grove St making daily trips into NYC easy. There is a local breakfast spot called (eggs up) just a short walk away who did amazing bagels + Coffee and there is also a supermarket and takeaways within a 10 min walk. The house suited us for our stay , it was comfortable enough and well stocked with Coffee and breakfast pancakes. The Bedrooms weren’t quite as expected though as the listing does show 3 x double beds on the photos “where you will sleep” one of the rooms is shown twice. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 x doubles and 1 x single , so that caused a bit of confusion with our group. The photos could do with updating to reflect this. Luca was a good host , proactive and responsive. All in all a positive stay and we had a great time exploring NYC with this as our base.

Beautiful spot in a great location! Luca was an amazing host, going above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—even purchasing new cocktail glasses for us ahead of time. Parking was always easy to find right out front, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was gorgeous, and the space was perfect for the five of us—it never felt overcrowded. Luca was incredibly responsive & made sure anything we needed during our stay was taken care of right away. Highly recommend!

Excellent hosts! Perfect location within walking distance to the light rail. My ONLY complaint is that about half the lights upstairs didn’t work and I couldn’t get the host to respond to let us know how to fix them. But we slept like babies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in this home for Christmas. Public transportation is just a short walk away and easy to get to. Home is very tidy.

Great stay! The amenities were excellent, the space was comfortable for our group, and it was easy to access. Nice area with good spots nearby and just an 8-minute Uber to the PATH train. The host was responsive. Would recommend!

Great host, dated bathrooms, floors very dirty. Sign to take shoes off but my socks were black quick. A lot of Uber rides to get to places.

Lovely place Positive: Very close to the Path station to take the train to New York city. We loved the neighborhood too. The apartment is big and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. They also provided breakfast for us and that was a huge plus. I would definitely come back in the future. Thanks for everything. Luca’s place was located in a peaceful neighborhood, was very spacious and comfortable, it looked great and was clean with the necessary amenities. Mostly everything was positive about our stay in Luca’s place. My only 2 negatives were: - 1st floor did not have A/C or at least it was not working, the temperature was very low and we could not be downstairs if not dressed with outdoor clothing. - Despite being so close geographically to Manhattan it was a 40 min drive to everywhere. My advices if you stay at Luca’s place and have a car. - READ THE PARKING SIGNS it’s our lesson since we parked in the wrong side the wrong day and we got a ticket . It’s something I would recommend Luca to mention more detailed in the chat because us tourists sometimes forget to read signs lol. - We think is a good option to drive to the Staten Island ferry and leave the car there all day, it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else and we took the ferry to manhattan and back.

Great stay, good location in a modern house. For our family with young kids, it wasn’t ideal due to the dangerous stairs and lack of essentials (kitchen towels, bathtub stopper for the kids to take a bath, kid-friendly plastic plates), and some kitchen essentials for cooking, but it was a nice short stay. Would recommend if for just a couples trip or adults only. Parking was great, very easy to get around and the beds were very comfy.

Everything was great, location it's pretty accessible for the most touristic places on NJ and NYC. communication was implacable, Luca was answering my questions really fast, space was huge and comfy, i couldn't find any flaws even if i try, highly recommended 👌

Vi har booket Airbnb i mange storbyer. Men dette var det værste, vi har prøvet. Der havde ikke været gjort grundigt rent i meget, meget lang tid, det larmede fra både vej og byggeri bagved og underboen larmede og røg hash, så man kunne lugte det i stuen.

I enjoyed our stay in this place. Very spacious and host accommodates and communicates really well. 8 minute walk to Public transport. Extra pillows and blankets for pull out couch. Only downside is that they do not mention that the full bathroom has 2 entry points. 1 of which goes do a bedroom and does not have a lock. Other than that our stay was great. Check in and check out were smooth.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. We had few issues at the beginning but Luka addressed everything quickly and helped to fix it all. Unfortunately behind the house there is a major construction going on , and work started each morning before 7 am. This may not be an issue for some but it’s loud and there is nothing to ease the pain of it. Location is great ~30 min walk to PATH station, or if you can figure out bus schedules (we never did) bus stop is at the corner of street. 10 min walk to Jersey Light Rail station. Overall good experience.

The apartement was perfect for us, it was just like on the photos and the description. Luca gave us all the instructions we needed, and replied immidatly. The construction in the neighborhood can be a bit loud, but it can be handled. If you choose this place to visit NYC, the public transport is good, the bus stop is just a few steps away which takes you to the PATH to New York, or you can take a Lyft. All in all it is a great value for money to explore NYC.

I enjoyed my stay here despite a few hiccups. I liked Luca but I think having a really great hosting experience previously may have set the bar high for my expectations for my family and I. my biggest 2 complaints about the place physically, the stairs and banister were not safe. they felt loose and felt we were gonna fall off it. and the other is the bathtub is very slippery. other things that bothered my wife was there were no extra toilet papers or cleaning products and there were 5 of us staying there. we had to buy some. we ran out of garbage bags and had to borrow some from my brother who lives in the area. the place is masked to look updated but it has a lot of exposed imperfections and holes. Lastly, as nice and accommodating as Luca was (my mom decided to show up with her dog and he was understanding and helped us adjust the booking on a last minute notice) the whole experience very transactional and dry with no warmth or welcoming or feeling like we are welcomed back

Beware, this airbnb is pest infested & only good for 2 couples, max 5 people, NOT 6+ people. This is because the third bedroom is actually a twin size bed that can be extended to a queen but it fills up the entire room and there are no blinds on the window which face the street. There is a serious ant problem in the bathrooms and kitchen, so bad that if you sit down to use the toilet, they will be all over your body in no time. There's also a ton of gnats flying in your face, a musty stench, and construction behind the house, and an abandoned house next door. Otherwise, the location is great - near the light rail & Liberty State park. Overall, would not recommend staying here due to the deceiving listing, and we inquired about the pest issue after seeinganother review and Luca reassured us it was resolved but it definitely was not! Sketchy!! there was also no bath mat, no extra towels, or hand towels or sheets or pillow cases. overall a very uncomfortable stay.

The place is close to downtown jersey city, and around 30 mins away from NYC by PATH. Luca was a great host, and very responsive to our messages. The dwelling was cozy, clean and had all amenities we required. I would say the place is perfect for 5 people. I was disappointed by the 3rd queen bed listed. The bed is an expandable single bed, and once expanded there is no space to keep a foot down in the room. I would not recommend that room for more than 1 person. We also had some plumbing issues during our stay, but Luca quickly resolved it. I appreciate his proactiveness.

The place was ideal for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable. Luca provided a pack-n-play and mattress for our 2 year old. The living room would have been a little more homey with another sofa and coffee table/ottoman. The place was great except for the ant and rodent problem in the kitchen. Overall, we had a great experience with this rental and the owner.

Great place to stay for doing the Statue of Liberty / Ellis Island tour from the Jersey City ferry

We had an amazing week at Luca’s place. It was just as it looked in the photos, very spacious, bright and clean. We were 4 people and it was the perfect size for us. The beds were so comfy, the shower was great and the kitchen was well equipped although we did no cooking! The only thing we missed was a kettle for making tea but that might be the British in us! It is in a nice quiet area but super close to places to get food and amenities. We liked a walk to Cafe Lafayette and Grind in the morning! It is so easy to get into NYC from the apartment. We got Ubers / Lyfts to the PATH station (as it was cheaper than the bus or tram) and then the city was just one stop away, so perfect if you want to head into NYC. Luca was so responsive and friendly in all messages, I would always get an almost instant reply and he was very helpful. Overall we loved the stay, I would recommend to anyone visiting if you want to See NYC but don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle!

We are a group of four Fellows who came to New York for both business and tourism. The apartment is very good for four people who need four separate beds (you need to warn the host in advance about the need for bedding for four beds). Everything looks exactly as in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen, enough space for cooking and eating. Very attractive price and Liberty Park is a 20-minute walk away. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Good public transportation (40 minutes to the city center by public transport). I highly recommend this apartment for trips like ours.

We enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb mostly and would recommend it to others Positive: We recently stayed here for a week and found it generally speaking a good base. We found the accommodation roomy for our party of 5-2 adults and 3 young children. The downstairs is all open plan. Upstairs is spacious with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The Airbnb is fairly well equipped with tumble dryer/washing machine, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom) However, some things worth pointing out. 1. If you enjoy tea, sadly there is no kettle. There is only a coffee maker for the coffee lovers. If you want tea, you have the choice of boiling water in the microwave or in a saucepan. Our advice is to come with a travel kettle if you want tea. If I had known prior to our stay, I would have invested in a travel kettle. 2. Another thing to mention is the microwave handle is broken which makes it a bit challenging to open. Beware! We were worried it would come clean off in our hands. 3. If you are using the tumble dryer check the fluff filter. We had unsuccessfully tried to dry our washing a few times only to discover on the last attempt when checking the filter it was packed full of fluff. I doubt it had been cleared in a while. 4. Be mindful of the 10steps leading up to the front door of the Airbnb. It is tricky while taking luggage up the steps. 5. There is a flight of steep, open steps from downstairs to upstairs. Be careful going up and down and be extra vigilant with children. There is a stair gate that can be used however. (In one of the wardrobes in the bedrooms. ) Negative: 6. The front door lock. We had trouble getting into the apartment. We didn't have the code before we arrived. Please check you know this beforehand. We then after contacting the landlord received an email informing us of the code. We tried and tried but the code didn't work. This was very frustrating standing outside in the cold rain with 3 over tired children at night. Eventually we had success after contacting the landlord again. After you dial the code, there is a button underneath the numbers which says ultra-lock. Press this after you dial the code and it will release the door handle lock. 7. There is a bit of an ant problem downstairs and in the upstairs bathroom as well. Measures have been taken to counteract this by ant repellants placed on the floors in places. 8. There is a bit of noise coming from apartment next door/downstairs. Not too bad though, just you know there are other people about. 9. The neighbourhood is mostly quiet enough. There are sirens, (hospital is nearby) sometimes we heard loud music from cars going past. The front single bedroom is the noisiest due to maybe a gap between the window and the Air-con unit. It is definitely noticeable in that bedroom. We used the light railway alot. This is about a 10min walk or maybe 15mins from the Airbnb. From the Exchange you can get on the subway to the World Trade Centre station, which is you into NYC. You can take the light railway to Hoboken too. There's a station there which you can get the train into NYC as well. If you get to Hoboken train station, our advice is to call into the information shop and invest in a free comprehensive subway map. It will prove invaluable to navigate your way round NYC via the subway. There are a few nearby corner shops, pharmacy from the Airbnb. If you go out the front door and turn right and keep walking, walk underneath a big train bridge you will then see a petrol station on your left. Also has a shop attached to it.

This is a great affordable stay if you’re looking to be near downtown Jersey and NYC. Luca is very responsive and helpful and the Airbnb is just like the pictures.

Couple of thing need to fixed, most important stairway, as sign say watch your head low ceiling, if middle of night u did not notice can get hurt vert badly,before the guest come floor should be clean,need new fry pan,there should not any ant crawling on the toilet seat,it is unhygienic. Towels should be changed. After our complaints, owner cleaned the floor and changed the Towels, it should be done before guest arrives.

Familjeboende Jersey City Positive: Sköna sängar och bra med utrymme - gott att ha ett hus för sig själv. De stora sängarna är 140 cm och den mindre 90 cm. Värden svarar snabbt på frågor. Ligger en långpromenad från Liberty Park där man, under vissa delar av året, kan ta färjan till Frihetsgudinnan. Negative: Städningen var bra förutom golven. Värden kom dock och gjorde en extra städning vilket hjälpte. Frukosten som ingår är kaffe och pankakspulver samt sirap. Om läget är bra eller i inte beror väl på vad man vill göra. Uber funkade utmärkt och tror att även kollektivtrafiken till Manhattan funkar. På granntomten pågår ett stort husbygge. Dock inget problem om man inte tänker vara i huset mellan kl 8 och 16.

An erster Stelle unser herzlicher Dank an Luca für die hervorragende Kommunikation und die liebe Hilfe bei unseren Anliegen und Fragen. Wir waren 6 Personen für 4 Übernachtungen und sind sehr gut mit allen Dingen der Unterkunft klar gekommen. Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Der Weg nach Jersey City ist zu Fuß in 20 min problemlos. Dort findet man alles notwendige und hat in der Grove Station sehr guten Anschluss zum WTC oder zur 33- Path. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

We didn't need to contact Luca whilst we were there. Every thing was as it should be from the pictures, however just a bit of feedback A little bit more information and a picture of the lock and how it works would be good as we arrived late at night, tired and it took us a while to work out it is the button underneath the numbers not the middle button you have to press. Also it was very cold when we arrived but it warmed up fairly quickly. The decor is looking a bit tired though, but it is a good place to stay. Not many shops around so you have to travel to get anywhere or do anything. We went to Nicks diner for breakfast most morning which is family run, then into NYC for the rest of the day which worked out well. We used Ubers to take us to specific places and it takes around 40/50 mins to get into the city, we didn't use public transport so that might be quicker.

Everything was just as described. There was plenty of space to park which was a concern of mine since we're not very familiar with street parking. The beds were comfortable. We were a party of 6 that needed 5 beds. 2 rooms had a double size bed each and they provided a very comfortable air mattress that was easy to find, inflate, and deflate. Also, it fit perfectly in the room where it's located. The 3rd room had a twin size bed and the pullout sofa in the living room was our 5th bed. Minor things to note: the placemats had some stains on it and the window in the kitchen didn't have a shade or curtain. Good things to note: the pancake mix, syrup, coffee, and tea they provided saved us a lot of time in the mornings. We felt at home, safe, and loved seeing the people that live and commute in that area daily. The location was perfect for our daily trips into NYC, very close to the tourist sites we traveled to see.

This AIRBNB was perfect for what we needed! There was plenty of room for our family, everyone had access to a bathroom, and the living space was open and free of unnecessary clutter which made it safe for our toddler to run around freely. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to order some food, and so close to the city! It was clean and very cozy! Absolutely LOVED the place.

Needs a lot of attention. Looks tired. The makeover has been done cheaply. Location not ideal. Positive: Comfort of beds. Decent heating system. Large fridge. High ceilings and open plan downstairs. Negative: The location was passable, however, it is not achievable to be in Manhattan inside 25 mins. The time stated does not allow for &#39;wait times&#39; and the PATH train runs every 20 mins until 11pm at night. This judgement is from 3 healthy adults. Advertised as 3 double rooms -not true - 3rd room is only a single bed (with a pull out frame but no mattress). Bare handrails, cheap fitted sofa covers, decor really poor. A real lack of attention - filthy doors where not been cleaned - this is just something that shouldn&#39;t happen! Finally, being pressured (by a poster in the kitchen) to not leave a true review because it might &quot;deactivate their account and all further stays will be cancelled&quot; feels almost coercive!

We spent most of our time in the city and this served as nice place to stay outside city.

Positive: Très grand appartement de 3 chambres spacieux. Coin salon cuisine tres sympa. 1 salle de bains avec baignoire. Situé à 2 minutes à pieds du bus et 25 minutes à pieds du train. Produit lessive et lave-vaisselle disponible. Je conseille car assez calme, entrée indépendante. Negative: Le petit-déjeuner compris ???? En fait des sachets de pancake à reconstituer soi-même et du sirop d&#39;érable. Thé (surtout thé vert), café et sucre disponible. La propreté générale aurait pu être mieux, micro-onde sale et cafetière pas nettoyée.

Wir waren zu 6 unterwegs. 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (8 und 15 Jahre alt). Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Eine Person musst im Wohnzimmer im unteren Bereich auf der Couch schlafen. Das Badezimmer mit Toilette befindet sich oben, eine weitere Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Da sind auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, beides funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In direkter Nähe gibt es keinen Supermarkt, lediglich einen kleinen Laden wo man Getränk, Chips und Zigaretten kaufen kann. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist die lokale Bahn, diese bringt einem zur PATH mit der man nach Manhattan kommt. Weiters kann man auch ca. 30 min zu Fuß gehen und gelangt ebenfalls zu einer PATH Station. Auf dem 30 min Fußweg sind einige Lokale und Restaurants. Das Haus war geräumig und sauber, etwas laut, typisch amerikanische Fenster eben, aber mit Ohropax kein Problem.

The house was great and we felt welcomed as we walked in. One thing that we needed was solved promptly and the communication was always quick. Only minus is the noice from the street, even if it is a quiet neighborhood, you can hear the cars on the street, because there are ACs in the windows, so they are always kind of open.

Luca was a great host, always available to answer any questions, and responsive to all our requests, the house was good for our group, and had everything provided and included. Well-thought-out amenities and the location was easy enough to get on a path train to NYC. We really appreciated the little extras during our stay such as laundry pods, pancakes, etc. I would recommend and stay , Thank you Luca.

Wir waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung von Luca. Wir konnten dadurch das wir vom Schiff gekommen sind und es geregnet hat, direkt in die Wohnung und mussten nicht bis zur Check in Zeit warten. Zusätzlich war Luca sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus ist in einem Allgemeinen akzeptablen Zustand. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der Straßenseite doch ziemlich laut. aber ich glaube das ich da auch etwas Überempfindlich sein kann. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft

Great pet friendly apartment close to downtown Jersey City. Very comfortable and Luca was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Simple and easy check-out process, always nice to find a place that doesn't need to to complete a laundry list of tasks before you go.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Für uns hat alles gepasst, die Ausstattung war ebenfalls ausreichend. Nach NYC zu gelangen war ebenfalls ein Kinderspiel. Man hat gesehen das Luca sich sehr viel Mühe macht, den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Wir würden sicherlich wieder bei Luca einchecken wenn wir nach New York kommen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Luca für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Easy on street parking. Affordable place for Jersey City. We slept five here and were very comfortable. Very similar to the photos. He was very prompt with responding to messages. Overall great place.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend close to NYC with plenty of room for the family.

Overall this was a quiet and comfortable spot! The neighborhood is an evolving one and so there are pockets of vacant lots / blight mixed with construction. Not too much within walking distance but a few cafes/restaurants. A few improvements in the space would be appreciated and be weary of the stairs as they are a bit unsafe and not ideal if you have a toddler/small kids. That being said, Luca and Deni were beyond responsive and helpful!!

5 voksne overnattede i 7 dage. Havde et behageligt ophold. Boligen indeholdt hvad vi havde brug for. Vi kunne fint lave vores måltider i køkkenet. Vi havde bevidst valgt at bo i et roligere område udenfor Manhattan. Kommer man ikke i bil, skal man være indstillet på transport med 2 forskellige tog over til Manhattan. Togene kører dog hele tiden og det tager max. 20-25 min. Fra Jersey City/exchange place (stedet hvor man skifter tog) er der en flot skyline udsigt. Værten var behjælpelig med at svare på forskellige spørgsmål. Svarede altid hurtigt og høfligt.

Great location to be near the NYC

We had a wonderful stay at Luca's Airbnb. The place was exactly as described in the listing and as seen as pictures. Luca is a great host, very flexible, responded promptly to our questions and answered all questions. There is a lot to do within just a short drive from the place. We drove to Hoboken for dinner which is just 12 minutes drive. Light rail station is just 7 minutes of walk which was a great plus. We came back from NY city late at night multiple times and didn't feel unsafe. The street parking was also easy to find (thanks to Luca for suggesting other alternative street parking spots). After a long tiring day, all you want is to have a comfortable place where you can unwind and relax and Luca's Airbnb was exactly that. We were very happy with the stay. It was very comfortable, safe and relaxing stay for us. Thank you Luca.

Louer un logement est toujours un peu stressant. Sera-t-il conforme ? L’environnement sera -t-il sécurisé ? Ici, pas d’inquiétude ! Le logement est vraiment très bien, dans un quartier calme. Il est possible de se rendre dans Manhattan facilement (taxi, ferrys…). Je recommande sans réserve.

Nice place to stay - clean and convenient. Luca was very responsive to all of our questions and accommodated a late checkout.

Lucas places was nice. Very peaceful and close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation.

The location is very easy to access since it is close to a light rail stop. The house is very spacious. It was a fair option for my family trip. It was described that there are two bathrooms. There are actually two toilets but only one with a shower/bath, which is a bit annoying if you are staying with the elderly.

Luca was kind and responsive. My family enjoyed their stay.

Nice place close to NY city. The street is a bit run down and I wouldn’t walk down the street at night or leave anything in my car overnight. Street parking was easy. Wifi was strong. The place itself is nice with two bedrooms upstairs and a third little room that fits a trundle bed but don’t count on it as a real bedroom — more as another bed for sleeping — as there is very little space. Also note that windows downstairs have no blinds. Luca was very communicative.

Fantastic location, 20/25 mins from Manhattan (World Trade Center) with public transport. The House was clean and big and Luca has been a great host
