Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay and spent a fantastic time at this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning, with a great swimming pool and a large, beautiful garden. The view of the sea from the upper part of the property is simply breathtaking. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality of the owner, which truly exceeded our expectations. Roberto was always there to help us and gave us great recommendations on places to visit, things to see, and where to enjoy delicious local food. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay!

Wspaniały pobyt Positive: Niesamowite miejsce, piękny dom, czysty, z wielką troską zadbano o wystrój, urządzenie kuchni i wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty, w każdej łazience kremy, szampony, płyny. Lodówka pełna po brzegi, ilość jedzenia i picia nas zaskoczyła. Wspaniały Właściciel, który dbał o nas na każdym kroku (polecanie miejsc do zwiedzania, rezerwacja stanowiska na plaży, miejsca w restauracji, własne winko, owoce, jajka itp) Zadbany, duży basen i bilard :-) Nasz piesek był mile widzianym gościem.

Positive: Roberto was there to welcome us when we arrived and explain all about his lovely Villa. there was lots of food and drink for our arrival which was such a welcome as we had had a long journey. The villa sits in a well tended garden that overlooks the sea on one side and the mountains on another. The garden lights are magical at night. Roberto is the perfect host, we were given homegrown produce, delicious tomatoes, Olive oil and red wine and Paula made us a wonderful Abruzzo Timballo dish and many other goodies from Abruzzo. Thankyou so much Roberto for making us feel so welcome, for giving us a taste of Abruzzo and the local community we will definitely be back. Negative: Nothing just a gorgeous place and a lovely welcoming host who gave us a feel of life in Abruzzo

This was the most lovely vacation rental that my family has ever experienced. The host was unbelievably kind and responsive and welcoming. What a charming man! The house was great. The pool was gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. Roberto and his wife Paola are so kind, we feel like good friends. Definitely a five star experience, maybe even six stars! We hated to leave.

I highly recommend La Betulla...it was the perfect destination for all three generations of our family and the many kin Positive: A gorgeous and spotlessly clean villa surrounded by beautiful gardens with fantastic views of the Gran Sasso mountains, the ocean and the glorious Abruzzo countryside. The excellent Villa Clesia restaurant is within walking distance of the Villa. The indoor charcoal grill was a unique feature which we made full use of. Our host could not have done more to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much Roberto! We are already planning our return visit in 2027 ! Negative: There is not a single thing to dislike about La Betulla.

Positive: Nice traditional Italian villa with a nice swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The owner was really helpful and nice, always available and generous. Our children enjoyed the area and house a lot. 10 minutes away there is a nice city with a beautiful beach and with all the amenities you need.

An amazing authentic Italian experience, and the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed for a month with our three children. It was perfect. Unbeatable views - the Adriatic on one side, and the Gran Sasso mountains on another. Amazing sunsets/sunrises. There was organic fruit and vegetables readily available for us to pick, animals (our girls loved the turtles), and even a kid's motorised car. This place gave us a sense of peace and calmness that our family welcomed. Roberto the host was incredibly attentive, kind and generous with his time AND fresh produce he would bring us (home made wines, olives, olive oil, and more), as well as many great restaurant recommendations. Also a huge mount of supplies in the house on arrival (foods, soaps, etc.). The house is 5 minutes from the quant and charming town of Mosciano, 10 minutes to the beach, and a great spot for many day trips. This property is everything you need and more. Geweldige vakantie gehad! We voelde ons enorm thuis. Fijn welkom, leuke rondleiding in en om het huis, koelkast vol boodschappen en in huis alles wat we nodig hadden! Prachtige tuin met enorm zwembad. Nog mooier en groter dan we verwacht hadden! Ruime woning, fijne bedden, alles was super. Roberto stond altijd voor ons klaar, zelfs als dokter toen ons dochtertje ziek werd, super lief! Ook de producten vers uit de tuin & gemaakt door roberto zelf die gebracht werden waren een erg leuke belevenis, de kinder vonden het geweldig :) Een Italiaanse droom, wij komen graag nog eens terug!

We had a fantastic time - two families with both two kids. The garden is really nice and the pool with the pergola a real treat for nice lunches and dinners. The sandy beach is about a 15 minutes drive a wonderful. Our host was Roberto. He looked after us really well and helped out with recommendations and reservations. He even organised eggs one morning when we ran out 🤩. Truly a great host!

We had a great Stay in the Villa. Everything was like on the pictures. They replied really fast to our messages and made all our extra wishes possible. Durring our stay they even brought some homemade wine and olives for an aperitivo. So all in all a perfect stay with really friendly and helpfull hosts. You really get the feeling, that they want to do everything to make your stay memorable.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het huis. Het voelde als een mooi resort dat we privé hebben bewoond. Prachtig aangelegde tuin en bijzondere omgeving. We zijn op onze wenken bediend en enorm verwend met allerlei heerlijkheden uit de tuin en van het landgoed. Hartelijk dank voor de gastvrijheid en goede zorgen!! Wij komen graag nog eens terug!!

What a beautiful home and location! Luca was a perfect host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He was gracious with his time and keen for us to share his delicious wines, apricots and olives! Thank you Luca! I would definitely recommend a visit 👍🏻

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Der Strand der 15 Minuten entfernt war ist sehr schön . Roberto hatt uns nett empfangen und war immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Es war alles super und ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft ☺️

La Butella was a beautiful home away from home. The views of the mountains, sea, and countryside were incredible. The hosts went out of their way to give us an authentic Abruzzo experience. The place was spectacular, the people were wonderful, and the whole experience was something we will never forget. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

Wir hatten einen sensationellen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Luca. Es war genau so wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und es war alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Auch die Aussenanlage, die Aussicht auf die Küste sowie der Poolbereich war traumhaft. Ausserdem wurden wir von Roberto mit Früchten, Gemüse und Wein aus eigenem Anbau verwöhnt. Die Kommunikation mit Roberto war sehr einfach und unkompliziert und er war stets erreichbar, falls Fragen auftauchten oder wir nach Empfehlungen fragten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiter. Herzlichen Dank an die lieben Gastgeber - wir haben uns bei euch wahnsinning wohlgefühlt!!

Was soll ich sagen? Vielen Dank, Luca und Roberto, dass wir eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft sein konnten. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll: Freundlichkeit, Professionalität, tolle Tipps für den Urlaub in Bezug auf Aktivitäten, Restaurants, lokale Erzeugnisse, zwei prall gefüllte Kühlschränke inklusive leckerer Spezialitäten sowie Frühstückssachen en masse, schnelles Internet, herrlich duftende Bettwäsche, ein Wahnsinns-Pool, ein Billardtisch, ein gutes Restaurant fußläufig 500m entfernt... Bestimmt habe ich etwas vergessen. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben und noch besser. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa nestled in nature's embrace. The panoramic views from every angle were simply breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of my work day. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the magnificent pool, which unfortunately I never got much time to experience but had stunning views. What truly set this experience apart was the owner's warm hospitality. Not only did they graciously welcome me, but they also took the time to personally show me around their farm, introducing me to their beloved animals and sharing insights about their crops. It was a delightful and educational experience that made me feel like a cherished guest rather than just a visitor. In summary, my stay at this villa was an amazing escape from my working day, peaceful, quiet & tranquil.

Das Haus war in perfektem Zustand – sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Flair des Hauses, unterstrichen durch den Billard-Tisch, sorgt für eine entspannte Umgebung. Die Aussicht auf das ca. 15 Autominuten entfernte Meer ist einfach grandios. In der idyllischen Lage lässt sich wunderbar die Seele baumeln. Von den Gastgebern wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen, ihre Aufmerksamkeit war außerordentlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!
