The stay was excellent. One day, it took us less than 20 minutes to get from the World Trade Center. It’s worth noting t Positive: The house is very well-equipped with everything we needed. Negative: If you have a lot of luggage you will suffer with the stairs lol

Best accommodation, host and area Positive: The apartment was amazing. Everything we needed and more. Bus stop to take us to the PATH is literally outside front door aswell as a play park which the kids loved after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Luca was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. A 2min Uber ride to Liberty State Park which has the most amazing view of the NYC skyline ever! Plenty of space for 7 of us in the apartment. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

A great stay to explore Jersey City in every direction. Positive: We liked that it had everything to be self sufficient. Nice kitchen, new appliances, and rooms to choose from. Clean and also quiet with the courtyard. For being really in the city it is a find. Very good support from the host. Kind neighbors in the street. Negative: Street parking with our van (for event) was very challenging unfortunately, but issues were resolved.

Great apartment with an excellent host! Plenty of space for a family of six. Luca is highly responsive and keeps the apartment well stocked. It’s just a 10 minute drive to the Grove St. subway station to get to NYC, and there are plenty of restaurants near the station if you’re staying in NJ. There’s also playground across the street, though we didn’t use it. Luca gives instructions to avoid the street sweeper ticket scheme, the city signs are always well maintained. There are two flights of stairs to the apartment, so plan accordingly. We had a fun stay and would return.

perfect Positive: Everything was beyond perfect. host was communicative, kind and helpful. Brekfast and coffee enough to start day, bus stop to subway is right next to apartment, WiFi ,washing mashine, steam iron, airconditioner worked perfect, Negative: could not be better :)

Casa molto accogliente non lontano da new york Positive: La casa è molto pulita e accogliente, ci sono molti confort, in cucina diversi accessori per cucinare, climatizzatore, lavatrice ed asciugatrice, c'era tutto quello che può servire per stare pochi giorni senza dover comprare cose come i detersivi, siamo stati molto bene

Positive: El apartamento muy cómodo, pudimos cocinar, algo que nos ayudó mucho al desayuno y después de llegar de recorrer Manhattan, Luca muy atento a lo que necesitáramos, recomiendo la hospitalidad y la comodidad

Luca is an extremely helpful and accessible host. He makes sure his guests are comfortable. The place is clean and good. I have only got 2 complaints. 1. Our rooms were on second floor. The carpet on the stairs is very risky and would recommend to remove. It is a trip hazard. 2. The Murphy bed definitely needs a new mattress. I found myself with a back pain every morning. Other than that the place is really nice and very comfortable. Be careful where you park, you can get a ticket.

A 40 minutos de New York Positive: La división de ambientes es correcta. Luca ha sido amable nos ha proporcionado extra desayuno por las complicaciones varias sufridas. No obstante al realizar esta valoración lo hacemos con el objeto de ayudar a otras personas a elegir su alojamiento. Negative: Cucarachas, wifi apagada al llegar, nadie nos recibió . Segunda planta sin elevador. Al Chek out Luca nos ayudó a bajar las maletas muy cordialmente.

Μέτρια επιλογή . Positive: Στο κατάλυμα μου άρεσαν οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ! Το σπίτι μεγάλο και άνετο καθώς είχα και ένα μωρό 10 μηνών ! Negative: Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ μακριά από μανχαταν καθώς είχε κ πάρα πολύ κίνηση στους δρόμους . Τη νύχτα είχε σειρήνες κ φασαρία .. καθώς τα υπνοδωμάτια ήταν μπροστά στο δρόμο . Επίσης φάγαμε πρόστιμο για το Πάρκιν του αυτοκινήτου ! Η κούνια δεν ήταν έτοιμη και το στρώμα δεν ήταν φουσκωμένο ! Πήγα να το συνδέσω αλλά δε μπορούσα να χάνω χρόνο από τις μέρες που ήρθα να δω τη νέα Υόρκη ! Δεν ήρθα για να φτιάχνω στρώματα !

Fantastisch Positive: Het gehele appartement. Negative: Het ligt aan een redelijk drukke weg. ‘s Nachts was het rumoerig en in de ochtend vroeg ook.

Nice place to stay with good space inside Positive: We had space for me and the children. Three rooms for sleeping and the living area. It was quiet and warm. Negative: It was a bit far from the train station to New York.

Positive: El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado todo muy limpio Negative: No me gustó k cuando nos mandó la instrucciónes para entrar me mandó el número pero no me mandó que después del número había k pulsar otra cosa. Y estuvimos en la puerta más de 1 hora con una bebé de 18 meses con frío hasta k cnt y me lo dijo.y otra cosa esque pone desayuno incluido y no es así tiene café infusiones y chocolate una tortitaa congeladas mantequilla y éramos 5 y el bebé eso no es un desayuno. Y menos para tantos días y para 5

Positive: The host, despite the late arrival, late at night, communicated and was helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean, prepared and everything was available as described, and tea, coffee, and snacks were also available.

Positive: Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was available at all times during our stay. Great park for kids right across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
