A perfect stay - we loved it! Positive: Perfect in every way! Spacious and light! Negative: Nothing!

Good location, clean well equipped house. Positive: Property was well equipped and the host was great. Responded promptly to any questions.

It’s nice place located near to the Statue of Liberty park. It has accessible street parking and easily accessible first floor house. Has all the neat things . Stayed there for 3 days.

Our family stayed 2 nights for a family graduation. It was the perfect size & location for our needs. Pros: Fully stocked! Communication. Luca was responsive & very friendly. Location. Very busy street but the bus stop & a park are steps away. Parking. We had no issues parking although tricky on street sweeping day. A neighbor was kind enough to tell us they come around 8:30. I went for breakfast & coffee and it had come and gone by the time I was back. Cons: Secondary site. They use another site for additional fees and to gain home access. It has extra info but more fees & steps needed. FEES! -Check out is at 9 AM! Pay $16 for 10 AM, $40 for 11 AM. -req’d $40 waiver or $500 security deposit 😳 -Pet fee not in listing or house rules. I reserved for 6 guests & 1 pet then paid the required, nonrefundable total given on Airbnb. We had a Certified Service dog, sent proof & required to pay on second site. Paying wasn’t the issue but this fee & extra payment site are against policy.

Espectacular. Positive: El depto tiene una excelente ubicación para llegar en 25´ a Manhattan. Es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Además te dejan café, té, crema y pancakes para deayunar. El anfitrión Luca siempre muy atento y amable para responder todo tipo de consultas y además pudimos dejar las valijas antes del check in.

Beautiful and comfortable Positive: The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. All the appliances work very well, and the rooms are spacious. Also it is well-equipped with beverages like beer and coffee. It's true that you can take the bus in front of the apartment, which is nice for going to Manhattan, but do some research beforehand because you have to understand how to travel and pay (www.njtransit.com). You will most likely have to transfer to a train and metro. Negative: There is something strange going on. The house structure makes weird sounds at night. The neighborhood is safe, but it's better to be careful. There are many stores and markets around. Regarding breakfast, I agree with a previous guest that there is no breakfast, instead there are waffles at the bridge, and you decide whether to cook them or not.

Excellent place, very clean and comfortable. The entry process was very simple and communication with the host was fluid. 100% recommended!

Luca foi muito receptivo e prestativo. A acomodação da casa é excelente. O grande ponto negativo é o barulho que tinha durante a noite... hora devia ser a tubulação, hora moradores que morava em cima e que sempre chegavam de madrugada.

Super séjour à Jersey City chez Luca. L'appartement sur 2 niveaux dans une maison est conforme aux photos, très calme, bien chauffé et des lits très confortables. 4 vraies chambres et un grand salon à vivre. Un arrêt de bus juste devant l'appartement pour rejoindre le train PATH qui rejoint Manhattan rapidement.

Luca was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and perfect for my family of 9 (8 adults and 1 child). Providing breakfast was an unexpected bonus. We would 100% stay again.

Nice place

Nice! Positive: The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. I was traveling together with my family, 6 people, (2 kids included) and we have had a good time in Jersey City and New York. Thanks a lot to the host, Luca, who was kind, patient and helpful with all of our requests. He's always been reachable for every need! Thanks a lot for everything and hopefully we'll meet again!

The property was as described and spacious for our six guests. On the whole, the rooms were clean, however the bath in the main bathroom needed a clean and there was uncleared rubbish is the cupboard in the living room. Also the instructions did not make it clear on how to lock the front door after leaving which required a further call with Luca. It would be helpful for this to be included in the instructions for future guests.

Good stay

Well appointed, good value apartment for larger families or groups ... Positive: Well appointed apartment that was comfortable and spacious / we stayed 4 nights with our 3 adult children. All agreed it was a good place given the extra space and bedrooms. Bus stop across the road / 10-15 mins to Grove St PATH. We had breakfast there each day / coffee selection was very good. Luca was a very good host and stayed in contact during the stay to see if we needed anything. Negative: I can't think of anything ...

The staff was kind and helpful. Instructions were clear.

Laut,komfortabel Positive: Die 4 Schlafzimmer waren ordentlich geschnitten und die PlayStation war der Hit Negative: Vor dem Haus liegt viel Dreck und im vorderen Schlafzimmer ist es nachts sehr laut. Abends ist der Rücktransfer gelegentlich eine Herausforderung. Da werden aus 25 Minuten schnell mal 2 Stunden.

Positive: Well kept property, generously and thoughfully stocked with supplies, coffee, hot chocolate, pancake and oats. Easy access to NYC via public transport Negative: The neighbourhood can get noisy. Could be an issue for light sleepers.

We stayed at Luca’s place during our visit to New York. We were family of 9. The apartment had enough space for us all and was neat and tidy. Bus stop to subway was literally outside the flat. Luca was also very responsible and gave clear instructions regarding check in and check out. Luca also allowed early check in for us which we were very grateful for. Would defo recommend Luca’s apartment if you are planning on visiting New York or New Jersey 😀

Being from Minnesota and not sure of what we were getting ourselves into, I was very happy with our stay. The place was perfect for what we needed.

Luca was an amazing host. He was extremely welcoming and thoughtful. My family and I stayed at his place during our trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. His place was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable for my family of 10. The kids loved the games and we felt right at home. He provided breakfast and a stocked coffee bar which everyone loved. I will definitely book again and would highly recommend a stay with Luca.

Positive: Lokalizacja oraz wielkość mieszkania oceniam na Super Negative: Brakowało pościeli dla 9 osoby z rezerwacji. Śniadania wystarczyło tylko na 2 dni z 7 pomijając to że były tylko Gofry.

Great Place for a small group to explore NYC! Positive: The place was great overall, the only thing negative is they should skip advertising that a breakfast is included. Frozen waffles is not breakfast.

Beautiful house and so clean. Luca has great taste in decor.
