October 2025 4.00The property was as described and spacious for our six guests. On the whole, the rooms were clean, however the bath in the main bathroom needed a clean and there was uncleared rubbish is the cupboard in the living room. Also the instructions did not make it clear on how to lock the front door after leaving which required a further call with Luca. It would be helpful for this to be included in the instructions for future guests.

Positive: Well appointed apartment that was comfortable and spacious / we stayed 4 nights with our 3 adult children. All agreed it was a good place given the extra space and bedrooms. Bus stop across the road / 10-15 mins to Grove St PATH. We had breakfast there each day / coffee selection was very good. Luca was a very good host and stayed in contact during the stay to see if we needed anything. Negative: I can't think of anything ...

July 2025 4.00Laut,komfortabel Positive: Die 4 Schlafzimmer waren ordentlich geschnitten und die PlayStation war der Hit Negative: Vor dem Haus liegt viel Dreck und im vorderen Schlafzimmer ist es nachts sehr laut. Abends ist der Rücktransfer gelegentlich eine Herausforderung. Da werden aus 25 Minuten schnell mal 2 Stunden.
