July 2025 4.00Laut,komfortabel Positive: Die 4 Schlafzimmer waren ordentlich geschnitten und die PlayStation war der Hit Negative: Vor dem Haus liegt viel Dreck und im vorderen Schlafzimmer ist es nachts sehr laut. Abends ist der Rücktransfer gelegentlich eine Herausforderung. Da werden aus 25 Minuten schnell mal 2 Stunden.

July 2025 5.00We stayed at Luca’s place during our visit to New York. We were family of 9. The apartment had enough space for us all and was neat and tidy. Bus stop to subway was literally outside the flat. Luca was also very responsible and gave clear instructions regarding check in and check out. Luca also allowed early check in for us which we were very grateful for. Would defo recommend Luca’s apartment if you are planning on visiting New York or New Jersey 😀

June 2025 5.00Luca was an amazing host. He was extremely welcoming and thoughtful. My family and I stayed at his place during our trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. His place was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable for my family of 10. The kids loved the games and we felt right at home. He provided breakfast and a stocked coffee bar which everyone loved. I will definitely book again and would highly recommend a stay with Luca.
