Excellent place, very clean and comfortable. The entry process was very simple and communication with the host was fluid. 100% recommended!

Positive: Le confort de l'appartement, bien spacieux, nous étions 7 et nous etions bien à l'aise, belle déco, literie super confortable, pas très loin du path. Luca très gentil et très réactif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Negative: Rien.

Luca foi muito receptivo e prestativo. A acomodação da casa é excelente. O grande ponto negativo é o barulho que tinha durante a noite... hora devia ser a tubulação, hora moradores que morava em cima e que sempre chegavam de madrugada.

Super séjour à Jersey City chez Luca. L'appartement sur 2 niveaux dans une maison est conforme aux photos, très calme, bien chauffé et des lits très confortables. 4 vraies chambres et un grand salon à vivre. Un arrêt de bus juste devant l'appartement pour rejoindre le train PATH qui rejoint Manhattan rapidement.

Luca was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and perfect for my family of 9 (8 adults and 1 child). Providing breakfast was an unexpected bonus. We would 100% stay again.

Nice place

Nice! Positive: The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. I was traveling together with my family, 6 people, (2 kids included) and we have had a good time in Jersey City and New York. Thanks a lot to the host, Luca, who was kind, patient and helpful with all of our requests. He's always been reachable for every need! Thanks a lot for everything and hopefully we'll meet again!

The property was as described and spacious for our six guests. On the whole, the rooms were clean, however the bath in the main bathroom needed a clean and there was uncleared rubbish is the cupboard in the living room. Also the instructions did not make it clear on how to lock the front door after leaving which required a further call with Luca. It would be helpful for this to be included in the instructions for future guests.

Good stay

Well appointed, good value apartment for larger families or groups ... Positive: Well appointed apartment that was comfortable and spacious / we stayed 4 nights with our 3 adult children. All agreed it was a good place given the extra space and bedrooms. Bus stop across the road / 10-15 mins to Grove St PATH. We had breakfast there each day / coffee selection was very good. Luca was a very good host and stayed in contact during the stay to see if we needed anything. Negative: I can't think of anything ...

The staff was kind and helpful. Instructions were clear.

Laut,komfortabel Positive: Die 4 Schlafzimmer waren ordentlich geschnitten und die PlayStation war der Hit Negative: Vor dem Haus liegt viel Dreck und im vorderen Schlafzimmer ist es nachts sehr laut. Abends ist der Rücktransfer gelegentlich eine Herausforderung. Da werden aus 25 Minuten schnell mal 2 Stunden.

Positive: Well kept property, generously and thoughfully stocked with supplies, coffee, hot chocolate, pancake and oats. Easy access to NYC via public transport Negative: The neighbourhood can get noisy. Could be an issue for light sleepers.

We stayed at Luca’s place during our visit to New York. We were family of 9. The apartment had enough space for us all and was neat and tidy. Bus stop to subway was literally outside the flat. Luca was also very responsible and gave clear instructions regarding check in and check out. Luca also allowed early check in for us which we were very grateful for. Would defo recommend Luca’s apartment if you are planning on visiting New York or New Jersey 😀

Being from Minnesota and not sure of what we were getting ourselves into, I was very happy with our stay. The place was perfect for what we needed.

Luca was an amazing host. He was extremely welcoming and thoughtful. My family and I stayed at his place during our trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. His place was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable for my family of 10. The kids loved the games and we felt right at home. He provided breakfast and a stocked coffee bar which everyone loved. I will definitely book again and would highly recommend a stay with Luca.

Clean and comfortable Positive: The property was clean and spacious. Adequate parking on the street. Negative: There wasn’t anything about the property that I or my family didn’t like.

Convenient home to take a trip to New York site seeings.

Μέτρια Positive: Το πρωινό ήταν κάτι συσκευασίες της συμφοράς από το σούπερ μάρκετ στο ψυγειο. Negative: μας είχαν υποσχεθεί 5 κρεβάτια και ήταν τέσσερα και ένα φουσκωτό στρώμα μέσα σε μια ντουλάπα

Positive: Lokalizacja oraz wielkość mieszkania oceniam na Super Negative: Brakowało pościeli dla 9 osoby z rezerwacji. Śniadania wystarczyło tylko na 2 dni z 7 pomijając to że były tylko Gofry.

Great Place for a small group to explore NYC! Positive: The place was great overall, the only thing negative is they should skip advertising that a breakfast is included. Frozen waffles is not breakfast.

Beautiful house and so clean. Luca has great taste in decor.
