• Accurate Guest Count Required – The home is prepared according to the number of guests in your booking. Only registered guests are allowed.
• No Smoking Indoors – Smoking inside or removing smoke detectors will result in a $450 penalty fee.
• No Parties or Events – Please respect the peaceful environment of the neighborhood.
• Street Parking – Free street parking is available on the opposite side of the street Tuesdays and Fridays to avoid street cleaning tickets.
