We had a pleasant stay Positive: Location is very good. Bus stop is right in front of the property. Other than that, the house has gas stove, coffee maker, washing machine, dish washer and toaster. They also provide enough ready to eat breakfast for the stay duration Negative: It has only two parking spots (Rest can use street parking). We were lucky we got one. But, many other properties doesn't even have that

Very comfortable beds, great hot water and pressure, and cold A/C! Gas stove was nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some good restaurants within walking distance and the bus stop is right outside the door on the corner street. Made it easy for getting to and from New York and downtown Hoboken. Bus took us to the path to New York, where we spent most of our time.

A perfect place for families!

Good start, minor tweaks needed Positive: Comfortable beds and couch, newly renovated facilities, ground floor location. Pancakes and waffles for breakfast. Internet wifi was good. Wallpaper in living room and bedrooms with sights of NYC helped give the illusion of a window. Negative: No ability to open curtains for natural light due to no privacy layer with lace curtains, which created an unpleasant smell in the apartment. Some room freshener or incense sticks would have helped immensely to disguise the smell. Some of the pots didn't have handles on them creating a safety risk of burns. No cleaning brush for the toilet bowl. No dryer sheets. Excessive noise upstairs with noisy children and running around late at night/early morning. Streaming services for the television were intermittent and Netflix never worked. Floors needed a sweep as edges around the house were dirty.

Our stay was great and relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. During the weekend, they have activities, in the nearby park. Grocery store within walking distance of apartment. We were there for 7 days and was perfect for our stay. If we encountered any problems, Luca, was very responsive and helpful. Would visit again.

Great place to stay near NYC around a 5-10 minute walk to second street light rail then can go to exchange place or hoboken terminal and go straight into the city.

Great place! You can find FREE street parking, good restaurants, and bus stop right outside the door. It cost only 2.9 to take the bus to Times Square, though the trip may take 40 minutes during heavy traffic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent value for anyone who would like to enjoy their time visiting NYC.
