Eine tolle Woche in einer schönen Unterkunft Positive: Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war toll, man hat als 5 köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen sind auch vorhanden.. Die PlayStation war für die Klnder abends auch noch ein Highlight Negative: Beim Duschen war es etwas schwierig, das Bad nicht allzu sehr zu überfluten. Ansonsten aber alles sehr neuwertig eingerichtet

Bien pero mejorable y dirección incorrecta Positive: Es amplio y limpio. Las camas muy cómodas y tiene aparcamiento. Tenía 4 baños, uno por habitación y estaba bien equipado. Negative: Que la dirección que aparece aquí no es la real, la real es 354 N Breed St, Los Ángeles, CA 90033, que está más alejado del Downtow. También le faltan sillas, lo que dificulta el comer. Para una reserva de 7 solo había dos taburetes -uno de ellos roto- y una silla. Se lo comunicamos al alojamiento pero no cambió nada.

Good decent stay Positive: The place is as expected, good for 5 pax. Convenient for journal square station. 5 to 10 minutes by car Negative: No leniency on check in check out. There is only one restroom.

Great property with a bit extra space we needed , however we took an uber down to the ferry to go to Manhattan and this Positive: Loved the property and it was well cared for, beds were very comfortable, great to have the tea and coffee Negative: A wee bit of come and go with the timing - so we arrived an hour early we had to pay extra to get in though the property was cleaned, we left the night before as we had an earlier flight and although I advised them they still charged full rate - just a bit of flexibility would be nice 😊

Ótima estadia para família Positive: A atenção e cordialidade do anfitrião Luca. Apto novo, confortável, muito bem equipado, ótima localização em Jersey City e fácil acesso a Manhattan. Negative: Nada em especial.

Excellent - value for money, location, facilities and host exceeded my expectations. Positive: The location was excellent, 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the direct bus to 33rd Street on Manhattan or 25 minute walk to Journal Square for PATH trains further afield. Small supermarket, liquor store and coffee shops 2-3 minute walk. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is a steamer in the wardrobe and lots of hangers. Kitchen - Dishwasher, washing machine & coffee makers had supplies already provided. Pancakes/sauces, oat sachets all provided. Microwave, hob and cooker. There is a pod coffee maker and filter machine - worked well. Bathroom - good shower with shampoo and shower gel provided. The shower did spill over which made the floor wet, but it dried quickly. Plenty of towels. Hairdryer in the drawer. Great communication with the host, answered all my questions quickly. This apartment has everything you need for a stay near Jersey City and Manhattan. Negative: Wet floor in the bathroom. There was some stains on the ceiling in the bedroom - just rain I think - if I’m being picky, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Fantastic stay Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is excellent, with a bus to Manhattan just a 2‑minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet everything you might need—such as a bakery and supermarket—is conveniently close by. I highly recommend staying here! Negative: Nothing

Siamo stati molto bene e lo sceglieremo nuovamente per un futuro viaggio Positive: molto accogliente e dotata di ogni confort. In dotazione , per gli amanti del gaming,anche una play station 5 che noi non abbiamo usato Negative: Buona posizione è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Contesto tranquillo e poco rumoroso.

Very nice apartment Positive: Very spacious and modern space, we really liked it! The hosts were very helpful and check-in instructions clear and easy. Negative: The one thing that was not ideal was the very early check-out time at 9am and that for every extra service like holding our luggage, checking out one hour later came with additional fees.

Positive: Ideal for Family of 5 who know that they will be exhausted in the evenings ! Stayed 5 nights. Authentic and quiet neibourghood, 15 mins walk to Hoboken bars and restaurants. 123 Bus to Port Authority, or Path from Hoboken to NYC or even waterway. And the pancakes every morning !

Great apartment! Positive: Beautifull very comfortable apartment providing everything that might be needed during the stay. Very fresh, light, spacious and clean. Nice pace to relax after a whole day of exploring NY. Lovely and very helpful host who provided all information immediatelly once I messaged them. Negative: Nothing to complain about.

We had a great experience staying at this apartment in New Jersey. The unit is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained Positive: It was really clean, everything was new. Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like.

This unit was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! It has been fully renovated so all the amenities were new and very nice. The unit is nice and big so it’s perfect for guests that need 2 bedrooms with privacy. The host was also the best host we’ve ever had. He answered questions right away and went above and beyond to be a great host. The unit has a dishwasher and laundry machine which makes the stay that much more comfortable. 3 TVs as well so everyone can watch what they want. I highly recommend this place and host to everyone that wants an easy and nice Airbnb experience.

Positive: The apartment was very well appointed and maintained. The host was easy to contact and responsive. We liked the breakgast items being provided. Negative: Although we chose to stay in New Jersey, the commute across to Manhattan took time and money. Worth double checking this is manageable for a trip, before booking.

Perfeita, o local é maravilhoso e super bem localizado, adoramos os dias que passamos lá. Positive: Tudo foi muito bom. O apartamento é novo e acomoda 6 pessoas tranquilamente (ficamos em 3). São dois quartos com cama queen, armários e tv, mais uma sala ampla com TV e X-box e sofá muito confortável, também tem uma cozinha completa e lava roupa. Todos os itens de cozinha e lavanderia são disponibilizados. Não tem estacionamento porém pode estacionar na rua (mesmo tendo placas que permitem apenas 4 horas de parada para não moradores, você pode estacionar onde encontrar vaga na rua tranquilamente). O ônibus para Manhatan (port autority) passa praticamente na porta e é o ônibus 123. O ponto de ônibus fica a 10 metros do prédio em frente ao uma churrascaria brasileira e custa $ 5,25 para ir e mais $ 5,25 para voltar. No apartamento é disponibilizado cápsulas de café expresso e também pó de café e cafeteira. Porém o café da manhã deixa a desejar, tendo apenas wafles congelados no congelador e calda de maple e chocolate mais nada. Mas tem um mercado a 1 quadra de distância onde compramos pão, bolachas, queijos etc. Super indico, o proprietário Lucas é muito atencioso. Negative: Café da manhã (para os padrões brasileiros de café da manhã deixou a desejar)

The house wasn’t finished, the stairs were under construction. The sheets were on the floor still in the package. The apartment still smelled of cleaning products. The pictures of the apartment was filtered. It was supposed to be a two bedroom with two queen beds in on room and a queen bed in the other room. The second bed was a blow up mattress. Just choose wisely.
