Positive: Ideal for Family of 5 who know that they will be exhausted in the evenings ! Stayed 5 nights. Authentic and quiet neibourghood, 15 mins walk to Hoboken bars and restaurants. 123 Bus to Port Authority, or Path from Hoboken to NYC or even waterway. And the pancakes every morning !

Great apartment! Positive: Beautifull very comfortable apartment providing everything that might be needed during the stay. Very fresh, light, spacious and clean. Nice pace to relax after a whole day of exploring NY. Lovely and very helpful host who provided all information immediatelly once I messaged them. Negative: Nothing to complain about.

We had a great experience staying at this apartment in New Jersey. The unit is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained Positive: It was really clean, everything was new. Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like.

This unit was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! It has been fully renovated so all the amenities were new and very nice. The unit is nice and big so it’s perfect for guests that need 2 bedrooms with privacy. The host was also the best host we’ve ever had. He answered questions right away and went above and beyond to be a great host. The unit has a dishwasher and laundry machine which makes the stay that much more comfortable. 3 TVs as well so everyone can watch what they want. I highly recommend this place and host to everyone that wants an easy and nice Airbnb experience.

Positive: The apartment was very well appointed and maintained. The host was easy to contact and responsive. We liked the breakgast items being provided. Negative: Although we chose to stay in New Jersey, the commute across to Manhattan took time and money. Worth double checking this is manageable for a trip, before booking.

Perfeita, o local é maravilhoso e super bem localizado, adoramos os dias que passamos lá. Positive: Tudo foi muito bom. O apartamento é novo e acomoda 6 pessoas tranquilamente (ficamos em 3). São dois quartos com cama queen, armários e tv, mais uma sala ampla com TV e X-box e sofá muito confortável, também tem uma cozinha completa e lava roupa. Todos os itens de cozinha e lavanderia são disponibilizados. Não tem estacionamento porém pode estacionar na rua (mesmo tendo placas que permitem apenas 4 horas de parada para não moradores, você pode estacionar onde encontrar vaga na rua tranquilamente). O ônibus para Manhatan (port autority) passa praticamente na porta e é o ônibus 123. O ponto de ônibus fica a 10 metros do prédio em frente ao uma churrascaria brasileira e custa $ 5,25 para ir e mais $ 5,25 para voltar. No apartamento é disponibilizado cápsulas de café expresso e também pó de café e cafeteira. Porém o café da manhã deixa a desejar, tendo apenas wafles congelados no congelador e calda de maple e chocolate mais nada. Mas tem um mercado a 1 quadra de distância onde compramos pão, bolachas, queijos etc. Super indico, o proprietário Lucas é muito atencioso. Negative: Café da manhã (para os padrões brasileiros de café da manhã deixou a desejar)
