We loved our stay here. Everything was perfectly as described and the hosts were super friendly. The bedsheets were SO soft!

Positive: The whole appartment was clean, comfy, quiet and at the same time strategic location, good communication with the host.

Positive: Good location, newly furnished , we had all what we needed Negative: No cleaning service for 7days, even when asked for. Bins totally full. Also, We had to restock coffee pods ourselves.

Insgesamt die Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter. Positive: Die Lage ist ok. Bus fährt vor der Haustür direkt zum Port Authority Bus Terminal, Nähe Time Square, ca 30 Min.

Negative: Very noisy and it’s very difficult to sleep even with earplugs most of the time. we stayed 5 nights with no cleaning during the entire stay. No towels or sheets changed either.

Logement très agréable pour 4 personnes, mais assez éloigné de NYC. Positive: La propreté et le confort de l'appartement, qui est très moderne et lumineux ! Negative: Petit déjeuner assez simple : l'hôte laisse des pancakes au congélateur et des capsules de café, mais il faut compléter cela par des courses si vous souhaitez satisfaire tout le monde (fruits, jus, oeufs). L'accessibilité : pour se rendre à NYC, deux possibilités, soit le PATH, mais il est à 25 min à pied, soit le bus (30 min pour arriver au terminal de Port Authority).

Ha nem New Yorkban akarsz lakni, akkor ár/érték arányban nagyon jó. Positive: A lakás tiszta és rendezett volt. Élelmiszerbolt a közelben, busz közlekedés tökéletes. Szállásadó gyorsan reagál, gyorsan válaszol. Negative: Néha kicsit zajos, de mi tudtunk tőle aludni.

Great apartment Positive: 5 stars. We loved our stay at Luca’s apartment. It was spacious and perfect for our group of five. There were no issues at all, and any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly and helpfully. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the property matched the photos exactly so you really get what’s advertised. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras: plenty of coffee pods, waffles, oats, washing pods honestly, everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The location was great, easy to get into the NY city, close to lots of amazing coffee shops and delis. Street parking was available, and Luca was extremely helpful in registering our car for a visitor pass, which made things very easy for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Negative: Nothing-

Definitely recommended to stay for families, very comfortable stay. Positive: Customer service was really responsive, they have answered our requests promptly and satisfied all of them. Negative: Parking looks like an issue, we got 1 ticket trying to park nearby.

O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso, tem cafeteira, microondas, forno, fogão, máquina de lavar, ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala, aquecedor no banheiro. A localização é boa, tem um ponto de ônibus na esquina que facilita a ida para Nova York. O anfitrião é muito gentil, até estendeu nossa estadia por 3 horas sem custo adicional. Recomendo!
