Clean apartment and a friendly host, but several avoidable issues—especially the ground-floor window security, noise, an Positive: The apartment was very clean, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood felt safe and family-friendly, with lots of families and kids walking around. There is also a nearby park with a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. Luca was very friendly, highly responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with pancakes, coffee, and tea. Negative: Our biggest concern was the safety of the apartment. It is on the ground floor, and the windows can be opened fully from the outside, which made us feel very uncomfortable. It felt like anyone could simply open a window and enter the apartment, especially at night. We were also initially given the wrong address and had to drive about 5 km farther to reach the correct location. One of the bedroom air conditioners was leaking, the internet kept cutting out on our last day, and the apartment was quite noisy at night. We were told that free street parking was available, but spaces were extremely limited, making parking difficult. The 9:00 a.m. checkout time also felt unusually early, and a later checkout was only available for an additional fee. We could have contacted Luca about some of these issues, but we didn’t want anyone entering the apartment while we were away. These are issues that should have been identified and resolved before guests check in, rather than being left for guests to discover.

Will definitely stay with Luca again!! Positive: I had a great stay in Jersey City. The location was perfect—super close to New York City and Hoboken, which made getting around really easy. The unit itself was very clean and well put together. I loved the amenities—having coffee and breakfast provided made my days go smoothly without having to go out and buy anything in the morning. The washer and dryer in the unit also made everything super convenient. The host Luca & team were amazing—very friendly and always available whenever I needed anything. The area was also really convenient, with a store right across the street that had everything I needed, and parking was easy as well. I would definitely stay here again. Negative: I loved everything !!

Had a great stay at this Jersey City Airbnb! The unit was super neat, very spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect with easy access to Hoboken and NYC, which made getting around really convenient. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again!

Luca is a wonderful host. He is super responsive and addresses any concerns immediately. We stayed at his place for several weeks while we renovated our own place and it was a great decision. Highly recommend!
